1) Error Reads: This code has already been use. The Commons QR codes are single use to prevent students from deleting the app and then repairing it before they get in trouble. If the code has already been used they will need a new one issued from the school admin.
2) The need to update our app to the latest version that was released 8.12.25
3) Ensure that their phone is on the latest operating system
