I am showing up non-compliant in the dashboard but The Commons is active

The student's status is showing non-compliant but in the dashboard they are non-compliant.

This is a simple fix!

 

It is likely that not all of your settings are turned on the way The Commons needs them to be to function at its best.

Here is a quick step-by-step video showing you how to turn them on.

 

Enable Required Permissions in App Settings:

VPN – filters distracting content during school hours only

Location – determines whether they are on school grounds to activate VPN - must select ‘always allow’

Motion – helps optimize performance and battery

Notifications – alert students to missing permissions or status changes
