The Commons App doesn't automatically activate or deactivate

First try to open the app and pull the screen down to refresh it.

If that doesn't work, it might be that not all of your settings are turned on the way The Commons needs them to be to function at its best.

Specifically:

  • Location must be set to ‘always allow’– determines whether they are on school grounds to activate and deactivate the app
